The BrightWolf pack has over 40 years combined experience in film, video and advertising video production. Our unique offering stems from our experience in producing high-end broadcast and feature film content with a deep understanding of how to get messages across in a short period of time.

We are based in Edinburgh and film across the central belt, Glasgow and throughout Scotland.

We’re run by two of Scotland’s most knowledgeable creative talents producing brand films, commercials, sponsorship bumpers for broadcast, streaming and digital delivery.

This puts us in a great place for bringing together top quality industry professionals to work on your productions. This is just one reason why our creatives have picked up multiple awards from the likes of New York Festivals, EVCOM, CiB and the IOIC.

Our features have also picked up rosettes from international film festivals including being featured in Cannes and also picking up Best International Feature at the Sene Film Festival for our thriller film Dark Sense.

Simone BettProducer & Head of Production

Simone has worked on broadcast documentaries for ITV (The Mysterious Scotland) and Channel 4 (Treasure, series 1&2), and has worked on over a hundred brand and commercial films shot across every corner of the UK, several European countries and in the USA and UAE.

Clients have included Kodak, Deutsche Bank, Metropolitan Police, Diageo and many, many more. In 2013, as Executive Producer and BAE Systems account manager, Simone travelled to Las Vegas to collect a New York Festivals Gold Award for A BAEutiful Mind. Other industry awards have been won from IVCA for You be the Judge, Criminal Justice Service and a New York Festivals Gold Award for both On The Inside, Lloyds Banking Group and New Court Building, NM Rothschild & Sons. Simone is an alumni of highly acclaimed Edinburgh International Film Festival’s Talent Lab.

Magnus WakeDirector & Producer

Magnus has always had a love for filmmaking and telling stories. Whether those stories are factual, dramatic or commercial he loves to be able to express them visually through the moving image. He’s directed TV, stage, film and commercials for a diverse range of clients from Scottish National Portrait Gallery, and the BBC to Hugo Boss and Glenmorangie. His work has screened internationally in LA, London, Berlin and New York where he’s picked up awards for directing and editing, including a New York Festivals World Award for his NM Rothschild Film and an EVCOM award for directing. In 2020 his first feature film, Dark Sense, won multiple awards, including Best International Film at the Sene Film Festival.

His work is distinguished by natural, believable storytelling. This is combined with a passion for strong cinematography and the latest in filming technology.
Together with Simone, he’s got a love of filmmaking deeply ingrained.
