We had a rocktastic few days on Islay this summer in the amazing sunshine for Ardbeg 2022. This year we went full punk celebrating the launch of Ardcore Whisky. We worked with the team at Ardbeg to bring together multiple broadcasts that streamed out live on Facebook and YouTube to audiences in different timezones around the world.

Each broadcast featured live content from Ardbeg Ambassadors and YouTuber DJ BBQ. Editing took place throughout the day for extra pre-records to help keep the content coming fresh and sparky.

The whole team got involved with the Ardcore look blending in with amazing Ardbeg whisky fans.

A huge amount of planning went into the broadcasts with detailed logistics, stream keys, backup streaming equipment, multiple potential internet connections. All put in place to make sure the live streaming went out no matter what the weather or internet threw at us.

Ardbeg day is always the last day in Fèis Ìle- the Islay Festival. Whisky fans from all around the world come to the island to celebrate their whisky passion and take part in this incredible festival. For one week each day celebrates different whiskies around the island with Ardbeg getting the honour of closing off the week in true party style. If you get a chance do come along!
