We were brought in to film this quirky social video for with the wonderful Dr Bill Lumsden and the colourful DJ BBQ (aka Christian Stevenson).

Working off a script provided by Story UK we pulled the whole production together, filming on the wind swept island of Islay. The weather wasn’t the kindest but with a flexible and experienced crew we cracked the whole film in a day.

The video was used as part of the launch of a new whisky from Ardbeg and clocked up some great viewing figures, posted across Instagram, YouTube and Twitter (or whatever Musk wants to call it these days).

The whisky itself is well worth a dram!

A huge amount of planning went into the shoot with detailed logistics, props, costume, backup filming options and a speed boat! Getting to Islay is also challenging in tourist season with multiple accommodation and travels options having to be coordinated.
