Brightwolf’s big sister company (ok, she’s the boss) Encaptivate Films! has just finished producing a new landmark historical documentary about the first game of international rugby. The game took place in 1871 between Scotland and England in Edinburgh.

The feature length doc was directed by BrightWolf’s Magnus Wake and produced by our other alpha, Simone Bett. Commissioned by The Raeburn Place Foundation the film features many a rugby legend as well as some incredible period drama reconstructions.

The film should be released later in 2022.
